4. Cigar Packages and Event Packages
Cigar packages, event packages, and service descriptions listed on the website are provided for general information. Package details, included items, cigar selections, quantities, availability, pricing, and service options may change.
We make reasonable efforts to keep package information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every product, cigar selection, service option, or package detail will always be available. If a listed item or option is unavailable, we may offer a suitable substitute, adjustment, or updated quote.
5. Public Events and Upcoming Events
Our Upcoming Events page may list festivals, public events, markets, or other locations where Great Lakes Mobile Cigars plans to appear. Event dates, times, locations, and details are subject to change.
We are not responsible for changes made by event organizers, including cancellations, rescheduling, location changes, admission requirements, weather-related decisions, vendor changes, or event rules. Please check the event organizer’s information when applicable.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a date is not reserved until the required deposit or payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Great Lakes Mobile Cigars.
Final balances, if applicable, must be paid by the due date provided. Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services.

Event cancellations, rescheduling requests, weather-related changes, deposits, refunds, and service changes are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Event deposits, event cancellations, and event-related refunds are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
13. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards
Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, gift cards, or special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limitations. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse a promotion if it is misused, applied in error, expired, or otherwise invalid.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined and have no cash value.
