The cigar is named after Bohekio who was the Cacique (Chief) of the Xaragua people, who were part of the Tainos: the first inhabitants of the island of Hispaniola. In the fields of Mirebalais, which is located in Plateau Central of Haiti, Bohekio has a rich dark oily Haitian Habano Colorado Maduro wrapper, filler and binder puro, flavorful profile with an appealing aroma and mouthwatering sweetness.
